The Australian Languages — Revival Language language inquiry is assessed by the school.

Students complete one language inquiry for a 10-credit subject in which they investigate the post-colonial decline and/or revival of their chosen revived language, using available resources and records of the language.

The language inquiry should be written in English, with examples in the chosen revived language as appropriate. It should be a maximum of 500 words if written, 3 minutes if spoken, or the equivalent in multimodal form.
