Details about regularly updating school contact information.

The SACE Board requires accurate information for official communication and courier deliveries. Schools using a post office box for postal deliveries must provide a delivery address where signed courier deliveries can be completed. 

Principals Delegates can review and update the following information in Schools Online under the School > School information menu:

  • School name
  • Postal address
  • Delivery address
  • Telephone number

Contact details for:

  • SACE Coordinator
  • Principal
  • Teaching and Learning Leader
  • ICT Coordinator
  •  Schools Online contact

At the beginning of each term, Principal’s Delegates will receive a prompt in Schools Online to verify the information recorded and can make any necessary updates. 

Changes can also be made as they occur during the year.

Teaching and Learning Leaders

We have introduced a new Teaching and Learning Leader contact field in Schools Online.

The SACE Board’s Strategic Plan is heavily focused on transforming teaching, learning and assessment. In order to direct communication about our key strategic projects to the most relevant person at each school, we are capturing this role in Schools Online.

Teaching and Learning Leaders are also known as Curriculum Directors, Assistant Principal - Curriculum, Director of Teaching and Learning, Learning Area Leaders (for example). They are senior school leaders who lead, support, communicate and manage curriculum, assessment and pedagogy change with their senior years teachers and have a whole of school and whole of SACE perspective.
