The Legal Studies inquiry is assessed by the school.

• For a 10-credit subject, students undertake one inquiry.
• For a 20-credit subject, students undertake at least one inquiry.

Students inquire in depth into a current legal issue with reference to at least one of the concepts. 

The inquiry should be a maximum of 1200 words if written, or a maximum of 7 minutes if oral or multimodal form.
