The Legal Studies analytical response is assessed by the school.

• For a 10-credit subject, students undertake one analytical response.
• For a 20-credit subject, students undertake two analytical responses.

An analytical response should be a maximum of 1200 words if written, or a maximum of 7 minutes if oral or multimodal form.
