SACE Merit Ceremony

The outstanding academic achievements of South Australia's Year 12 students are recognised every year at the SACE Merit Ceremony.

The event has been held annually since 1989 and is hosted by the Governor of South Australia at Government House.

This year the event will be held over two days, Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 February.

Students affected by extreme weather conditions due to sit exams Monday 14 November should refer to your specific school for updates. Students unable to sit their exams, be assured that the SACE Board has provisions in place to ensure that you will not be disadvantaged.

In addition to previous subject adjustments, on 8 July 2022 the SACE Board announced an extension to submission dates and additional subject adjustments for three Stage 2 subjects.
