SACE modernisation 2016–2020 and work at the SACE Board
The SACE Board is entering an exciting new phase as it looks to modernise and transform the SACE over the next five years.
Modernisation of the SACE involves transitioning towards onscreen marking, moderation and assessment, online provision of teacher support (‘clarifying forums’), and, ultimately, onscreen examinations from 2018. The program of work also involves re-investing in subject renewal, to ensure a modern SACE curriculum includes innovation, entrepreneurial and IT skills.
