Lead Practioner External Assessment – 2027

- Lead Practitioner External Assessment (Accounting) SH and NH Cycle
- Lead Practitioner External Assessment (Nutrition) NH Cycle
About the Role:
Is accountable to the Exam Management Team Leader to provide the SACE Board with leadership in the writing, development, marking of the examination. They craft exam subject assessment advice. Lead Practioners External Assessment (Examinations) provide advice to the SACE Board, Team Leader Exam Management and lead the setters and vetters to develop a high-quality examination.

Expression of Interest – Setters and Vetters
Setters: Exam Setters assist in the creation of fair, valid, and reliable examinations by writing questions that assess knowledge, skills and understanding from the learning described in the subject outline and addressing the specifications of the examination.
Vetters: Exam Vetters assist in the creation of fair, valid, reliable, examinations through undertaking a role in vetting the quality of the examination submitted by the setting team. They consider the quality of questions and their alignment to the subject outline, and the specifications of the examination.
