The SACE Board of South Australia Regulations 2008 are subordinate legislation that provide for and regulate fees charged by the SACE Board for goods and services provided by the Board.
Under the SACE Board of South Australia Act 1983, variations to the SACE Board of South Australia Regulations 2008 are made annually to reflect changes made to the fees charged by the SACE Board, and to reflect any other amendments that may be required from time to time.
These fees cover:
- publications and replacement certificates
- registration of institutions that the government does not assist financially
- charges applied to students at these institutions and to all overseas students undertaking the SACE
- professional learning provided by the Institute of Educational Assessors.
