Board Position - SACE Board of South Australia

The SACE Board of South Australia is an independent statutory authority of the South Australian Government responsible for issuing the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). The Board is responsible for the approval of senior secondary subjects that gain credit towards the SACE and for the quality of assessment in these subjects. It further recognises the achievement of students in vocational education and training that may also count towards the requirements of the SACE.

From 30 June 2013, one Board position will become vacant.

The Minister for Education and Child Development, Hon. Jennifer Rankine, MP, is calling for expressions of interest from individuals with the necessary abilities, knowledge and experience, to fill the Board member vacancy, for a term not exceeding three years, commencing on 1 July 2013.

Applicants are invited to address the key criteria outlined in the position statement and provide a curriculum vitae with at least two referees.
